Membership Fee: The membership fee for joining the Uttara Karnataka Horaata Samiti (R) is Rs. 150/- (Rupees One Hundred Only). This fee is non-refundable.

Payment Methods: Membership fees can be paid through cash, check,UPI, DD (Demand Draft), or Money Order.

Membership Approval: Membership is subject to approval by the committee. Upon approval, each member will be issued a membership card.

Passport Size Photos: Two passport-size photos are required for the membership application. These photos will be used for the membership card.

Introduction: Every applicant should be introduced by an existing member of the Samiti. The introducer must provide their name and membership number.

Mobile Number: It is mandatory for members to provide a valid mobile number for communication purposes.

Member’s Responsibility: Members are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of the Samiti and actively participate in its activities.

Membership Benefits: Members will have access to all activities, meetings, and events organized by the Samiti.

Membership Duration: Membership is valid for life time.

Change of Information: Members are responsible for notifying the Samiti of any changes in their contact information (e.g., address, mobile number).

Membership Card: Members will receive a membership card upon approval. This card should be presented at all Samiti events and meetings.

Compliance with Laws: Members are expected to comply with all local, state, and national laws while participating in Samiti activities.

Termination: The Samiti reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member violates its rules and regulations.

Refund Policy: The membership fee is non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances, which will be determined by the committee.

Use of Funds: The membership fees collected will be used to support the activities and initiatives of the Uttara Karnataka Horaata Samiti (R) and its charitable or community-based projects.

Non-Transferable: Membership is non-transferable, and members are not allowed to transfer or assign their membership to another individual.

Code of Conduct: Members are expected to maintain respectful and courteous behavior towards other members, volunteers, and the community at large. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
